Ramsey Village offers month-to-month leases for the Independent Living Apartments. The Independent Living residents receive top priority to all other lifestyle plans that Ramsey has to offer. We welcome couples and charge $165 per month for the second person. Ramsey also allows declawed cats with shot records to stay in the apartment for $15 per month.
