Claremont House consists of a 156 residential care units located in the Rockridge area of Oakland, California. Built in 1981, Claremont House is a six story structure with a partial basement containing 90.000 square feet of usable space. The project resides on 46,621 sqare feet. Of the 156 apartment units, 50 are licensed by the Department of Social Services as Assisted Living units. In addition to the apartment units, the facility provides many other amentities: lounges and sitting areas, a library, three dining rooms, beauty and barbershop, laundry facilities, storage, and aministrative offices. The Claremont House has operated with an average 97% occupancy for the past five years.

In late 1997, CRMS along with S.J. Amoroso Construction Corp. acquired title to Golden Pond 108-unit congregate care facility, which offered limited services. CRMS reorganized the facility to include 48 licensed assisted living units and increased operating revenues by 80% in the first 12 months of operation. Currently, Golden Pond is expanding to 134 units do to the demand of the market.
